My husband ordered a new IMAC computer…
My husband ordered a new IMAC computer from Adorama. He thought that all was well with the order until the following day when he received an E-Mail advising him that the order was cancelled. He called customer service to find out what the reason was, no one could give him an answer he was only told "something doesn't match". My husband tried to determine what he had done incorrectly with the order so he could rectify it, but the customer service representative would not help him, but said that his order wasn't wanted! My husband is a senior citizen with excellent credit. Our credit card had already okayed the transaction when Adorama decided to cancel it for no given reason. Someone from customer service could have helped my husband to understand what had happened but they could not be bothered. This is a shameful way to treat a customer without giving a reason. I would never do business with this company again nor would I offer a recommendation to any one else."

Contact support and they say "sorry about that". No explanation. No concession. No offer to honor the sale price and reship. They just borrowed my money for a couple weeks and gave it back as if interest isn't a thing and my time, which they wasted, was worthless.
