Please be informed that the Ariza Contour Plus set you sent back to us didn't pass the warehouse inspection and was tagged as "dirty."
Just to be open with you - since we’re dealing with intimates, we are placing very high importance on the sanitary aspect of our products, so only items which are received back as close as possible to their initial pristine condition can pass our thorough inspection.
Even so, we want to turn this Adore Me experience into a great one so as a one-time courtesy, we have now refunded the $20.00 that was charged for it, back to your card. Please allow 1-3 business days for it to reflect back into your charged account.
Going forward, please make sure to return the unwanted sets in their new, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition. Returns received dirty, damaged, or incomplete will not be accepted.

We are very sorry to hear the Elite membership was in any way unclear. Please allow us to clarify it for you and mitigate any misunderstanding going forward.
At the time you joined this subscription, it is stated on our site that you will receive a monthly tailored box with three to five matching sets (tops and bottoms) that range from $39.95 to $59.95 per set.
Once your monthly Elite box is delivered, you have a 7 day try-on period to see which sets you love and want to keep.
During this 7 day try-on, we kindly ask you to visit your box’s Finalize Order form, under your account’s My Orders section. There you can let us know what you love by marking your sets as either Kept or Returned and you’re only ever charged for the sets you keep.
Afterwards, you can return any unwanted sets using the box’s prepaid return label. You just need to carefully peel off the box’s original shipping label and you’ll find the return label underneath. For the actual physical return, we allow up to 30 days, starting after the 7 day try-on ends, for the set(s) to be returned and to be received back at our warehouse.
Please also make sure to return the unwanted sets in their new, complete, unworn, and unwashed condition for them to be accepted by our warehouse.
If you miss finalizing your box during the 7 day try-on and get charged – no problem! You can return any unwanted sets using just the return label and we’ll refund you after we receive them back and process them in our warehouse.
