Still haven't received my order...

"Ordered on 2/8 and have yet to receive my bras. Per shipping tracking finally made it to California 3/10. Will update once I receive them. Hopefully worth the wait with quality and they fit. They did give me a $5 credit for future purchases...."

After taking a look into your account to gain some further insight into how we may assist you at this time, we could see that you have been contacted by our customer service representatives and informed you that based on our partner’s site, the package has been delivered on February 13, 2021.

As you confirmed you did not receive this, we have already refunded the amount of $39.95 which was charged for the missing order. Kindly allow 1-3 business days for the full refunded amount to reflect back into your charged account.

Took me 2 months to get my order

"It was terrible. They sent me the wrong package which I didn't even receive until after a month! Then I had to return it at the post office, do a return online, and all the stuff I ordered was already gone. So I had to get different things. Which didn't even arrive for another month! And customer service by email was awful. Each time took several days for a response, which was boilerplate and didn't even answer my questions. Never again. And I used to buy a lot there. "
