"Everything was great with the amazing discount given however it didn't make much difference as the lingerie did not fit properly. The top was way too tight in certain areas and lose in others. I did not feel pretty"

HIGHLY Recommend!

"To be completely honest I wasn't too sure about Adore Me at first because their prices are pretty expensive, but I'm actually really happy I went through with it. Their lingerie is stunning and made me feel amazing. Not only did I actually think I looked good but they're extremely comfortable. I wear one of the bras I bought every day for work now, it's by far my favorite bra. Another has a bunch of straps and is really scandalous, gives off **** vibes if I'm laying it all out there, AND yet it was so comfortable I wore it all day and even fell asleep with it on. I don't normally take the time to leave reviews but I was really happy with my purchase and even made a second order, as expensive as it is. It also got to me early, and I ordered it days before Valentine's Day (got to me before the 14th when it was estimated to arrive around the 17th), all right sizing and order, packaged very nicely and carefully. Overall completely satisfied!"

This company is completely unorganized!

"My order took over two weeks to get to me (more than 9 days to ship), but not a huge deal since things like this happen. When I tried on the bra, it didn't fit right so I decided to do an exchange. Meanwhile, I sent back my original order and placed a new one. The second order also took two weeks to get to me. Fine, they're a new company, I can deal. Just got an email that the order I SENT back was not received, therefore they charged me for it. Now I'm mad. I'm going to be honest, I haven't heard great things about this company but decided to try them anyways since I'm usually pretty easy going, but I've never had a company lose my return order (and I've ordered alot of things online). It seems like they're overwhelmed with shipping, which would most likely make it easier for the company to lose returns due to their complete lack of organization and infrastructure to support their growth. I would really recommend NOT using this company since the liklihood that you will experience issues seems high. This process is way too stressful, just order from Amazon or Nordstroms instead. "

They don't have plus size figured out quite right

"I have ordered 3 different sets now, and every single one was a bust and has been returned. The bras didn't fit properly (lots of gapping!!!) or were too stretchy to fully support the girls and I'm only a D cup. I was disappointed after the hype I'd heard about these cute sets. Didn't even try on the **** to know if they fit right, but I can guess. One thing I'll say is that it was very easy to return the items; shame about the restocking fees. "

Missing bra and ridiculous process to fix their error

"I'm missing a blue bra that I ordered. That makes those **** really expensive unless you can send it to me. I was really looking forward to the order, and the merchandise is okay but the wrapping makes it look like it came from China, and the delivery time does too. I think if I spent that much on a bra and **** set, you could at least wrap it nicely and send it to me in a timely manner. And include everything that I ordered.

After customer service responded, and I understood the return policy, I am changing my review to only one star.

Absolutely Horrible Customer Service - Be wary of a positive shopping experience!!!

"They get one star because they offer a great product. However, they lost the other 4 stars because they do not know how to take care of their customers. I placed my first order on January 25 to ensure I get what I ordered by Valentine's Day. I ordered 13 sets. After a couple days, I decided to check on my order to find out it was cancelled. No reason given and no communication that it was cancelled. I immediately call the support line to find out why. They can't tell me and advise that it has to be escalated and that I would get a response in 1-2 business days. The response I get by email states that they don't know why it was cancelled and I would be getting another response in 1-2 business days. Yes, I get an email that states the exact thing as the response I received over the phone. I place another call. Again, the response I get says they don't know why the order was cancelled and the issue has been escalated. I call and email again, one week after the original order date. The next day, I get a response saying the same thing....They don't know!. By this time, the order should have been processed and began to ship. Another phone call and email. 10 days later, I get an email saying that they can't ship the order and then state that I would need to reorder with a maximum of 8 sets per order. I immediately call back to understand what this means. The person I spoke to couldn't answer. I asked to speak to the person that provided the response I received by email and they said I couldn't because they are all working from home due to COVID. HMMM...The person that picks up the phone is at home, yet the person who emails can't/won't take phone calls? How is this taking care of their customer? Oh, and the response I get every single time is that someone will come back within 1-2 business days. At this time, when I've made at least 6 phone calls and multiple emails, one would think that management would get involved. Nope, nothing! At the end of it all, I did have to place 2 orders with expedited shipping and still did not get in time for Valentine's day. As one can imagine, I'm one very frustrated and upset customer. I sent an email after I placed my order asking the company what they would do for my inconvenience....
- There was no communication for the cancelled order.
- The system allowed me to place an order for a number of items greater than the system can handle.
- I had to place 6 different calls to get this issue moving. It is not resolved in my opinion.
- It could have been resolved much quicker.
- The so-called "credits" applied to the account was the same credit as the original order for a new customer, which I was. This is not a value to compensate for this inconvenience.
- I had to pay for expedited shipping when promised that it would be covered by the company.
- The promise date of the two orders is now past Valentine's Day when the original order would have arrived before Valentine's Day.
- After over two weeks of communication without resolution, the original items ordered are not available.
- The front line customer service team cannot make any decisions to resolve. They have to go to a supervisor that requires the customer to wait an additional 1-2 business days.
- Being that the company knew that this issue is an escalated issue, someone senior that is able to make a decision and resolve the issue should have called me to provide options to resolve.

I've continued to escalate this issue to their management. I get a response that it has been sent to management but I never get a response from their management. In fact, this was the response I receive...
"I'm very sorry about your experience, however we appreciate your feedback.

Does this sound like a positive response to a customer that a customer should accept? Yet the company uses phrases in their emails such as "Adore Me has always made serving every customer our top priority" & "Adore Me's promise has always been (and always will be) to be there for our customers".

LOL...not to this customer.

So, what do I get for all this inconvenience? a $10 credit. That's it! A $10 credit for an inconvenience for an original order that a customer was going to pay close to $500 and was willing to be a continued shopper. Reading all the reviews at this site, it appears that there are quite a few complaints about their customer service. What do they do about it? Nothing! Instead, they like to advertise that they have over a million VIP customers. A pat on their own back! I wonder how many of those million VIP customers actually returning shoppers?

"Was a great purchase, very happy with the product, fit the wife perfectly and we both love it, shipping didn’t take too long but also ordered around Valentine’s Day. Also the product I had ordered ended up being out of stock but Adore Me sent a coupon code to exchange for different product and still got to me before Valentine’s Day."

They will steal your money. SCAM!!

"I ordered three items back in January , was supposed to have standard shipping and it took over 2 weeks to receive my order. I decided to return 2 items, they were taken out of the packages to see but never tried on and the tags were still on. After it taking them over a month to process the return which should have been $62 they only gave me $17 back bc both items were said to be damaged/ dirty so I was charged a $20 fee plus a 5.95 restocking fee. Save your time and money and shop somewhere else that actually respects their customers and don’t cheat them out of money. I used to to be VIP a few years ago and never once had a negative experience but after this I will never order from them ever again."

Cheap quality items

"The items we received were cheap feeling for the price you're paying. We were also automatically enrolled in their VIP membership without my knowledge. With this they charge your card automatically at the beginning of the month. Then claim that it's a one click refund, but I can't seem to find it. I'll be doing a charge back on my credit card."

The product was great but I did NOT consent to a VIP membership

"I bought a wonderful corset for Valentines day and its great! BUT they signed me up for a monthly membership without telling me...there was no notification or verbiage that let me know it was monthly payments, it wasn't until I saw it on my bank account. I think it is just sleazy for a company to do this. It makes me wonder how many other people are being charged for a monthly membership without letting them know. One thing I will say is that the customer service number that I called was very nice and helpful for getting me a refund and helping me cancel my membership but still...not cool guys."
