Only one week later I had to call them for a terrible computer emergency. I could no longer access my Gmail from my IE browser, and I relied on that numerous times throughout the day to check my business email. Also, all the toolbars on my IE browsers were flickering up and down repeatedly, wildly. Something was very wrong. There was SO much wrong that when I called ATS, I burned out three Level Tech-9s in their Florida office, and then went onto burn out three more Level Tech 9s in their foreign offices. ATS was, gratefully, relentless and did not stop until my massive and beyond multiple problems were completely and
entirey fixed, and fixed for good!!!!!
Only the other day, I had another problem with the fabulous security system they advised me to purchase and install (lifetime no less!!!). This was my doing, NOT the fault of the fabulous security system! However, once I realized what I had done, I also realized when I tried to undo it, that I had better call ATS and let them straighten it out because I was only going to make everything worse. Four hours later, and I could do other things while they were busy fixing my computer, they fixed my mess-up, and had my computer running better than new!!
Also, they strongly recommended another product to protect my hard drive from malware and trojan invasions, and I agreed immediately once I saw ALL of the "error" codes!!!
