"I have had very good experiences with ATS. They take charge of your computer, dive right into fixing it, and yet you can feel very comfortable asking questions, anytime along the way. I don't worry that I don't speak their "tech language" as they always figure out what I mean and solve the problem. If their answer is beyond my capability to understand, the technicians patiently break the info down until I "get it." I would recommend ATS to anyone. I find it best to call early in the day, (before tons of tech support hungry people get to their computer), or call late in the day, (after 5:00)."

"The Techs were friendly and wanted to correct the problem. Though it took several attempts things seem to be working better with less CPU usage. Panda security was having buffer overruns due to some files left on the system after removal. That seemed to irritate Panda at times. If I rated the Tech Support on a 1 to 10 scale with one being the best I would give them a 2.

I have a six year old HP Desktop, Windows XP. It was getting rather sluggish, and I thought it might be time to invest in a new one. But I enrolled in Advanced Tech Support 4 days ago, and so far I'm very pleased. They cleaned up my computer remarkably, got rid of all kinds of things I didn't know were on my computer that were slowing it down, and now it works like new!
