"Service on the computer all started with just a problem cal lfor assistance in downloading driver update due to poor performance of my Gateway GM 5424 Desktop. After much deliberation, I consented to allowing them to "fix" my problems with unwanted Popups, slowness in booting up, programs not closing allowing it to shut down properly along with a slew of other annoying problems. The unit is approx 6 years old with many hours and it has never had been review by experienced technicians for errors, etc. My fault for not scanning, updating and maintaining it properly. I am very pleased with the out come.
I must mention that by having it done on line was a big plus. After the team completed the work (about 4.5 hours later) It was just like having a new computer if not better because NOTHING was lost or had to be restored. For anyone who has had to take their computer to a shop knows exactly what I am referring to.

"When I first contacted Advance Tech Support, i was to re-establish a past business connection. I let it expire. I quickly got reconnected on 6/2/14 and they cleaned my computer beautifully! Victor was the tech then.
I called again 7/14/14 due to some malware issues. This proved a bit more complicated that the first time but was resolved in 24 hours. I found a program conflict and they fixed that the next day too.

Advanced Tech Support went in remotely and cleaned and fixed my machine to new condition and they will continue to monitor and fix my machine for a lifetime. That is great! I never have to worry about virus and malware again. I did not have to disassemble my machine and take it anywhere. They finished it remotely. To me that was so important.
