"The 1st phone call Adam answered, I found him to listen, understand what I saying, made suggestions, and very helpful.

The 2nd call Randy answered, He tried several different ways to solve my problem, but I did not find him as knowledgeable.

My 3rd call was answer by Marcio who only wanted to sell me the Panda Program for $500 minus $200 service charge paying $299. Because I told him he was not being helpful and seemed only interested in selling something, he transferred me to Lee. Lee tried several different ways to solve my problem, was patient, understood my frustration for not having the problem solved, and had a Senior Tech service my computer while online. After many questions and stating everyone tells me there "anti-virus" program is the best and will protect me from everything, I finally agreed to purchase the Panda Program for a "lifetime" cost of $150."
