"We were having issues with our laptop while on the road in our RV and found Advanced Tech Support website. Once you are signed up with them it is a very easy process to let them check your computer from anywhere and fix the issues they find. It has solved our issues and we just did a 3 month check up when we had a minor issue which was also fixed. it can be very expensive to find a place to get your computer fixed and also the inconvenience of having to take it there. We would highly recommend ATS for your computer support."

"Although it took four sessions to clean up my computer, ATS cheerfully hung in there and persisted until the machine was back up to par. The only criticism I have is that the first couple techs stuck to the script rather than allowing me to show them the issues while we were both accessing the computer. When I did that with the level two tech on the last attempt, success resulted. ATS spent the time necessary to do the job right and cheerfully welcomed me back when a previous attempt came up short.
