"My nearly new Dell i5Intel laptop was bogged down with errors and was slowing to a snail''s pace. I was so concerned that I installed a couple of applications, which were designed to speed up my computer. One even had speed up in its name, and the other was a driver updater. When neither performed to my satisfaction, I called the software toll free number to tell them to either get it doing its job, or take it out. That was when I started with the Advanced Tech Support person, and he showed me a page with thousands of errors listed, and informed me that it would be beyond my capabilities or that of the applications, and at that point, I decided to let Advanced Tech solve my computer problems, which they did, and I am so pleased, that although it was expensive in the startup and has an ongoing monthly fee, I will stay with the program. I am grateful for a computer, which will perform at its "out of the box" speed as long as I own it."
"My review of ATS has a good beginning, but a bad ending. My first contact with ATS was 4/1/14 and it seemed that everything had been fixed--my computer running slow was now running well. But now, 7 more calls later, my computer still runs slow. After I "reboot" it, everything runs fine, but then the longer I keep using my computer that day, the worse it operates until finally it hangs up when I ask it to "save as." I am not pleased with ATS."

"After being disconnected three times in a 50 minute wait period, the last support person I got was absolutely wonderful. He worked quickly and explained each thing he was doing. I appreciate this kind of service and willingly pay for that kind of service monthly. "
"I have never had such poor customer service in my life. You never talk to the same person twice and if you get disconnected or when they say the computer is fixed but it is not you have to start all over again. I tried to lodge a complaint after 27 hours of trying to get it fixed and the satisfaction department did not want to hear my complaint and just put me back in the same queue to start all over again. The last time, I was in the queue for 1 hour 21 minutes and 38 seconds and got disconnected and had to start again. After hundreds of dollars and hundreds of hours the Panda Internet Security they told me I had to have has caused me not to be able to even access the Internet and 27 hours later I have the same problem and am starting over again. STAY AWAY FROM ATS!"
