After a simple preview of what was going on inside my computer it was a LIFE SAVER to get the needed help from the Advanced Tech Support Team. Unbelievable! How do you get so many viruses while using McAfee's Security Well now I am using the recommended Panda Internet Security Lifetime, which is just a one-time fee. So far, so good! It is working better than it EVER has since two years ago when I first purchased my Dell/Intel Core i3 with Windows 7. This has been a Life Saver for me! "I have only used ATS three times. This time is worth reviewing because the recording when I called told me I could go online and immediately connect via chat with a tech. I hung up and went online and the web site said that no one was available at this time. So I called back and was eventually connected with a rep. As I was explaining the problem our connection was broken. After awhile I called back and was eventually connected to another tech. The phone connection was terrible OR their phone system is terrible. The tech was pleasant and professional. He apologized for the phone problem and tried to assist me by turning down the gain. Still had an echo and could hear other tech's talking. It made it quite difficult to communicate. Eventually I left Damon(?) to do his thing and it appears he has fixed the problem."

"I was told I had a problem in my laptop with to many processes in the computer slowing and over driving the CPU and ATS said they could repair it and I purchased the product. So after about two days of the techs working on my computer they said it was repaired. During the time they had control of my machine I was not informed by anyone as to what was happening on my machine or what they were doing on it. I only seen where the work was passed from tech to tech. After all this my machine takes longer to come up than it did before. It was not slow before. The internet comes up a little faster than before but not the speed I was lead to believe. I only hope the virus protection and anti malware work as it is supposed to. "
