"Brian Pinedo was very helpful in the initial set up phase for PC-MRI. I was not happy about the time frame it took. I was told it would be about 25 minutes and I had to call back after 5 hours to see what was going on. I spoke to Jose, and he put me on hold and came back and said Brian was going to call me after he got off the phone. This was at 445pm. I am still waiting. I called back at 745pm and chatted with my tech, JP. he told me I could use my computer at 832(pull op our chat box) He was going to put a message on my computer when he was done, and I am still waiting. I logged on to my computer around 845pm and I had the same problem when I logged in. I called and spoke to a Brittni and she gave me ticket #7305712 and she took over my PC. She called at 1045pm to enter my password so she could get back into my PC. there was a window that stated she was done and dis my problem get solved. So far, it seems to be working. Thanks Brittni."

"I first spoke with Angelo Cupo who was VERY helpful. After working with him for about an hour I added PC MRI as per his advice. He said a technician would start in about 45 minutes or so. Unforunately I had to call back after about nearly 2 hours. I spoke with Terika who helped to get it started. After a a short while the process stopped and nothing happened for about an hour and a half. I called back and spoke with I want to say George. His # is ICCS-09-1316851. He listened to me and then proceeded to clean up my computer. Each person I spoke with was very curteous and tried to be helpful. Only thing I might complain about is having to call back each time and listen to the automated messaging! Would have been more helpful to have a way for me to get to a technician faster since the process for the clean-up had been started earlier. :)"
