"I can provide a personal "review" of a single Advanced Tech Support (ATS) technician. His name is "Aaron" and he works at the Boca Raton, Florida office.
His interaction with me was stellar! He was patient and his communication skills were superb. He was knowledgeable and he could communicate complex issues and processes in simple, lay language. I never felt that I was intentionally being "talked over" either intentionally or unintentionally. He spent a couple of hours with me on the phone before I even decided to move forward with authorizing your support and action.

"The person (salesperson) did understand what issues that I was having and immediately helped with the main issue. She then turned me over to the Tech department who really resolved all issues. Both were polite and knowledgeable during conversations and offered options for solving my problems."
"This was a long process, new PC crashed repeatedly over a week. Finally crashed daily, then hourly, then every time I started up. Tech support patiently sought the problem, which turned into multiple problems in a new DELL Windows 7. I had to learn what info was needed from the black scree note, and how to startup safely to get to them. At age 82 bad hearing, deaf one ear, it ain't easy. I respect them !!!"
"Benjamin Small, the rep I talked with, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He walked me through all the problems and options without putting pressure on me to purchase. After agreeing to have Advanced Tech Support do the repair, my computer is faster and has not frozen, as it was doing routinely before. Apparently, they have fixed the problems I had even after leaving the computer at a local repair shop for over a week. Hopefully they will be as prompt in the future if I again have problems.
