"To whom it may concern, I first came in contact with Advance Tech Support after havinga problem with "Driver Update". On this occassion i spoke with Patricia, who was most helpfull. I guess as part of her role, she accessed my computer and found a number of issues. She then informed me of ATS, what it offered and cost. The discussion proceeded onto "Panda" and cost. Being halfway around the world and sceptical of providing my details to enable purchase I decided to forgo the offer.

Some days later as I was still having problems with Advanced Driver I again called and spoke to "Richard". Richard was abloe to resolve my Advance Driver issue. Again we discussed the ATS and Panda and Richard was able to provide me with a good offer so I decided to go ahead and purchase both products. Richard was extremely helpfull and explained everything in great detail. [I should add that I may well have been given the same service from Patricia had I decided to purchase the products when speaking to her]. Having talked me through the installation process I was informed that a "Tech" would take over and after some time hopefully resolved my poor old computer. On the morning of the 01/18/14 I received a screen message to contact your Techs as there were issues concerning my PC. On this occassion I spoke with Manuel. He was extreemly patient was me and we worked through the problems. Some time later I was instucted to again contact Tech Support. On this occassion the person I spoke to had a strong accent and I could not catch his name. I'm sure you will have it logged somewhere.

This guy was great...a wizard at his job. Within some minutes we had all issues resolved and my computer is running better than it has for years.

You should be very proud of your staff as they are a great asset to your company. All I had dealings with were very polite, very knowlegdable, very patient and really great to talk to.

I am a retired Police Officer but not the worlds greatest computer operator but with the assistance of your staff we had my computer running beautifully. I would not hesitate to pass on your company to my friends and colleagues. Thank you for this opportunity.....great company, great staff and great service...well done Advanced Tech Support. "they were kind in explaining everything that was right and/ or wrong with my computer. offered suggestions that were helpful whether it was a service/ product sold by them or not. polite, courteous, friendly. i would suggest that they fix their phone hold to include a periodic interruption letting you know where you are in the queue. the music is delightful and not static-y but while sitting on hold for long periods of time, you wonder whether or not you will actually be helped. when you do get someone, they are very apologetic for the long hold. wonderful people."

"I am amazed at the improvement of my OLD pc. My son-in-law is an IT Tech for a large firm in town but of course he doesn't always have the time to help me with my pc if I have problems.
