"I would not recommend this company. I specifically ordered a RED Nikon camera and they shipped me a black one. When I finally got through to them (after 4 attempts and over 2 hours of being on hold total) they said they didn't have any. So instaed of calling or e-mailing asking if I would still like the black one they assumed I would and shipped it anyway. They were hoping I would not call and complain. When I questioned them about it being on their website still without an "out of stock" notice, he could not answer that question.
I will not be ordering anymore products from this company."
"I ordered a Nikon D-90 on December 1 for my daughter's birthday Jan 1. Got email to call them Dec 5. On that call they verified billing and tried to sell me a memory card I declined. Never got any email confirmation from the company. finally emailed them back on December 15. Got response the next day to call them. Called them on a sunday 16th. They claimed they emailed me that the camera was back ordered. told them in fact they emailed me to call so they could sell me a memory card. Asked to have a supervisor call me Monday. when none did, I called them back on Monday and waited on hold multiple times and finally cancelled the order. Asked to speak to a supervisor. Customer service came on and said would not know about the order for 30 days as they were being filled by a fulfillment center somewhere else. The rep blamed it on Hurricaine Sandy! I cancelled order. I am not used to this sort of service from internet sellers as generally they want a good rating. Worst internet sales experience I have had. "
"I am a very unsatisfied customer and do not plan on ever returning to this vendor nor would.I EVER recommend this merchant for the folowing reasons:
- extremely slow to fill an order (I had to follow up with a phone call)
- sales staf are very aggressive and do not have a clear understanding of customer needs. The are very deceptive on what is being paid for and delivered
- customer service is non exisitant. Are not understanding and are.more anxious to get off the phone than talk to customer. Rating of 1 out of 10"

I made my order 11/21/2012, it was send to warehouse 12/05/2012 and finally shipped 12/10/2012. Store promised 4-5 days for processing.

"I have had an awful experience with this company. I searched the internet on black friday for christmas shopping becuase I had just had bypass surgery. I found a great deal on a Coolpix P510 camera for 329.99. So I placed the order and recieved confirmation that the order was placed. Several days later I called to verify shipment. I was put in contact with a sales rep that totally upsold me on a package that he stated I needed for this type of camera. My 329.99 deal is now 509.99. I got a extended battery and a 8.0 GB memory card. All of the items that I was upsold on are available on other online sites for $50.00. I would never purchase from them again. And I am returning the merchandise to AJRichies. Buyer beware!!!!!"

"I ordered a sony HDR-PJ580V and after 7 days, I see the status still as "transferred". I called the customer care and they told that it is not in stock and takes 3 months. I asked them to cancel my order and send me a mail about the same. But the status in the sight is still showing as "transferred" but not cancelled. I used my colleagues card for booking as I don't have an american credit card and already paid him the money. Now, when I tell him that my order is cancelled, he is asking for proof of cancellation. I didn't even get the mail about cancellation. Hope they read this and do the needfull. "

"I recently purchased a Canon EF-S 18-200MM Zoom for my wife's camera. The price was excellent, it was easy to order on line; customer service was helpful in notifying me when the lens came in as it was on backorder; and they provided good communication as to shipping and tracking of the lens. The lens was delivered fairly fast in light of a 3 to 4 day backorder delay. Thanks for the great product and good customer service. "
