"I was promised a new product, received a Nikon P510 camera that was in a plain white box. When I reached them, which took well over an hour on hold waiting for customer service I was told that they sell wholesale products which are packaged in plain boxes but they are new products. It is true the receipt promised a one year warrantee which is the case for new products and I was able to register the camera with Nikon. And all the necessary items were included. The pricing is exceptionally good. It took them over a week to ship but when they shipped it was Next Day shipping. On balance the pricing makes it worthwhile. Reaching their Customer Service yesterday was a terrible trial but once I did reach them I was satisfied with the explanation about the packaging. I verified it with Nikon directly and the one year warrantee does mean that the camera is new and not refurbished."

"My recommendation is stay away from this company. After ordering a camera, I was billed but did not receive any shipping confirmation after two phone calls and an email. Since this was my first order with them I became suspicious and searched for reviews and found so much negative information and reports of downright fraudulent behavior from others that I called my credit card company and told them I was going to refuse the package if it came and not take a chance on an inferior product or running into other problems. I also found a man at ajrichies who had called me on a Sunday, three days after the order was placed, very pushy when he called to say the item had been out of stock but that they now had it and it would be shipped. soon. After talking to my credit card company I called ajrichie and told them if the order was shipped that I would not accept it and if it hadn't to cancel. I was told they would do a call back from UPS which would take three days and then issue credit within 15 more days. I will now wait to see if that happens. I will never order anything here again!"

"Purchased an L810 Nikon from Archies. Since its delivery I have learned that the best price is not always the best transaction to make. It took a follow-up phone call 8 days later to get the camera shipped. What we received 4 days later was a camera that was not in an original box and only worked for a few shots then froze up. We suspect the camera shiped was a re-worked unit when it was clearly advertised as new. The packaging was not original for example, strap sent was a generic cheap strap. We then spent several days trying to make contact with Zach(***-***-**** ext 263) to resolve our issues. Only to find out that Zach was anxious to get us off the phone and quick to accuse us of breaking the camera. Zach informed us that to return the camera we would be charged a 35% restocking fee and an additional 8 % to credit our Visa. We were told the only way to avoid any charges would be to send the camera to Nikon. Our advise save yourself some grief pay another vendor a little more for the new camera you are searching for. "
