"I will never order another product from AJrichies.com. Their staff is unprofessional and their return policy is rediculous. They draw you in with online deals and then call you the next day with supposed better deals. Well why not post those in the first place. If I wanted to talk to a person on the phone I would have placed the order originally over the phone. Dont bother me by calling and confusing a person when they arent at a computer to compair the new deal. The customer service representative offered to upgrade the shipping to 5 or 6 business days, and that was 11 days ago. I still havent recieved the product. I will be glad to spread the word about this rediculous company. 15% restocking fee for returns when a customer isnt happy already is an insult."
"VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS SELLER. I BOUGHT Olympus SP-810UZ 14 Megapixel/36x Wide-Angle 24mm Optical Zoom FROM THEM AND ITS ZOOM WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. WHEN I CONTACTED THEM THE CUSTOMER CARE WAS TALKING LIKE THEY DON'T HAVE TIME TO TALK TO ME. THEN THEY SENT ME THE RMA FORM AND I FAXED BACK AFTER SIGNING. THERE IS NO INFORMATION AFTER THAT. I TOOK THE CAMERA TO THE OLYMPUS SERVICE CENTER AND THEY TOLD IT IS A REFURBISHED CAMERA WHICH THE SELLER NEVER MENTIONED. THEN I HAD TO PAY FOR THE REPAIR TO OLYMPUS FROM MY POCKET."
"I was extremely pleased with Ajrichies.com web site as well as with their customer service. The web site was easy to use and navigate through. Placing my order was a breeze. When I called customer service the next day I was happy to speak with someone that spoke English. The representative (Morris) was very helpful and considerate as well (he informed me they were planning to contact me but noticed I was in CA and didn't want to disturb me in the early morning hours).
Only one negative remark, the promotion they were running at the time promised free upgrades, however during checkout there was no indication I was going to receive them. That is the reason I contacted them the next day. I was given the upgrades promised without a problem, but some information at checkout would have eased my mind."
