"A complete and total scam. They showed a good price on a Panasonic FZ200 digital camera so I made the purchase. After 2 weeks (website says 3 to 5 days - it was 14), the representative from the company called to confirm address, etc., and then informed me that of course I knew I was purchasing a "gray market" camera that Panasonic would not honor the warranty for. He then proceeded to tell me that of course, they carry the US version for $130 more. After telling him that that was fraud, he told me that I HAD to know the reason the price was so low was it was a gray market camera. He implied it was my fault that I believed their website, which in no way mentions anything about the products being "gray products".
He also told me that the MSRP for the camera was $749, when Panasonic is selling it for $599. When brought to his attention, he just said, "well, whatever the price is, this is lower so you can't expect to get the warranty." Love a knowledgeable sales rep - I'm sure when somebody buys the camera for $649, he tells them they're getting a $100 savings, rather than explaining if you buy it through the manufacturer, it will be $50 cheaper!
Stay away from these lowlifes. Just another on-line ripoff joint."

"I purchased a (New)Nikon 9300 and was sent a used one of a different color. They had no response to the used camera wth smudges all over it packed in plastic bags that looked as if they had been walked on,and was told that the salesman should have told me that silver was a discontinued model which I found was not the case. They then tried to sell me a model that was way over priced and wouldn't answer the phone or return my messages until I spent most of the day hitting redial over & over whiched happened 3X / days. My saving grace was that I insured the return of the 9300 which they said they didn't recieve so Fed Ex gave me the money.This ordeal took 2 1/2 months to finally come to a close. MY STRONG ADVISE IS TO AVOID THIS COMPANY, they are very miss leading and will send sub standard equipement or try to swindle your money from you by any means possible. You've been warned!"

"I ordered a Panasonic Lumix on the morning of 9/25/2012 11:30AM. Then i got an email that it was processed at 11:10am on 9/27/2012. On 10/3/2012 I asked for a status update as i received none, and they said it would be "10 to 12 business days from the time the order was processed to receive your package". well today, 10/10/2012, I called to see if they at least had a tracking #, and they just now informed me they haven't received it from Panasonic yet, and it would be 14 to 21 business days from today, and another 10 to 12 business days to ship, so at a minimum an order placed on 9/25 would arrive 11/6, or a maximum of 11/19. You would think this would be important information to inform me of instead of no particular contact. I missed out on an amazing limited time deal on a camera because i waited so long for this one."

"Placed an order last week using my PO Box. I was called a few days later and asked for a physical address for shipment. The sales person then told me I needed a battery charger. I commented there was supposed to be one in the box and he said the one included only worked in the camera. He also recommended several other items and before he was through my order had gone up $400. I received an e-mail the next day saying my order had been charged and sent to shipping. There was no order number or other information. AFter thinking about it, I tried to reach the company and get a detailed statement of my account. The phones are not being answered even though it is now during business hours. My account statement on their website shows that there is no order on record. "

I e-mail them no response, then I called them and asked about my ordered, after that they said my items is in back order. it will take 10 business days and I wait 10 business days nothing happened. "I ordered a Sony HDR-XR260V High Definition Handycam Camcorder and received an order confirmation that it take 3-5 business days for processing time. I called them after 5 days to check on the order and I got a message that the Phone Lines were closed for two days, I called several times thru out the day during business hours on a Monday and Tuesday. I sent them a couple of e-mails to have them call me, since I couldn't call them which I never received replies. I finally got threw Wednesday on the phone and sat on hold for more than 20 minutes. They said they could finally release my order, but tried to sell me a extra battery which I declined. Then he told me that it didn't come with any Warranty. I asked why and he said it was a Grey Market product from overseas. I promptly cancelled my order after waiting 1.5 weeks. SCAMMERS."
"I was unhappy with their upselling techniques. I feel like they use bait-and-swith techniques on their site. And I got skittish about actually receiving the products I ordered after reading so many other horror stories.
But I will say that once I was finally able to get through to them, they agreed to cancel my order and they quickly credited my card the full amount."
"NEVER AGAIN WILL I DEAL WITH AJRICHIES. Typical scam company. I ordered a NEW Nikon 300 lens and it came boxed in a non Nikon box. No warranty or Nikon original packing material. My dollar amount quoted was hiked up. I called and complained which was rather difficult also and had to demand a return and the sales person stated I would It is a shame these people are in business. I encourage all buyers to pay a little more and go to a decent company that does not want to cheat their customers."
"Deceiving. That is the best word to describe this merchant. I was called the day after purchasing my camcorder and told that I had to buy an extra battery and charger because the camera didn't come with them (not outlined on the website.) Whatever, I picked a charger and an extended-charge battery and was told it would be $160. They charged my card $240 extra. I also paid $50 for expedited shipping (2-3 days) Well, it's been a week since I ordered and the it still hasn't shipped! A shipping label was created 4 days ago, but according to UPS it hasn't been scheduled for a pick-up. When I called "customer service" they told me it had shipped (lie) and that there was nothing they could do. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this merchant. My experience as been horrible and no one at the company seems to care."
