...I recently purchased a canon 60d from ajrichies.com. I never read the reviews untill now. I'm a little freaked out! They told me it was grey market so i went for the up sale. They really were not that rude to me So far, they have been ok except I was up sold like everyone else and when I try to contact them about my tracking number they said we will email it today. That was on the 11/28, and it's now the 1st. I'm not sure witch way this will go. I will keep an update and probably a Video of the package whenever it arrives. As of now I'm only showing two stars for the lying of my tracking number. I will update as soon as I get more

... I woke up early today to call ajRitchie's after my sleepless nights reading these forums. The office has been closes all weekend so I called today Monday 12/3/12.. as early as possible! But I have not been able to get in contact with them at all! I will call in the morning and see I'f it's possible to just cancel. It's giving me a headache really. I will update as soon as I get through and cancel to let everyone know if they refund my money back to my card since it has not been marked as shipped yet. As of now they are down to one star.!! So sad I have givin them all my money I saved for Christmas. And I don't think I will ever stop writing reviews and perusing this company legally If this turns out bad.

Ajrichies just emailed me after this post saying my order was shipped! With no tracking number!!!!!! They also gave me a different order number from my original order number! That does not register with there ordering tracking online!! Wtf!.. I will call tomorrow for my tracking number! Or try to cancel still I believe they are just saying it was shipped so I couldn't cancel? Or I'm just being to weary?.. Hmm
Ether way I will update. I will also put a link up showing a video of the box, how long it will take to ship and If it's New!!!!.. From the signing to the opening of the product I will tape if it gets that far. Also I will be in contact with my lawyer, Just for extra precaution.. A FULL REFUND WOULD MUTCH RATHER SUIT ME AS OF NOW!!!... I will give aj richies the benifit of the doubt and say my views are only led by other reviews and I will be honest with my recieved purchase and full reviewing as I update!.

This morning I got an e mail from ajrichies saying here is your tracking number! I was excited to see where my package was and thought I'd up there stars!! But as I looked at the shipping notifications it was returned to sender. Why?
I'm trying to contact them and am having no luck. Don't buy from them it's scary! Ill update again soon."
"Bad, Bad, Bad company. I previously wrote a good review for these scums because they still owed me an extra battery for my camera and would not send it until I wrote a good review for them. These people are a nightmare. Avoid them.
Below is what I previously wrote because they would not send what they owed me until I wrote a good review. I am willing to bet most of the good reviews are fake, or in exchange for something they already owed someone.
Previously written: New ownership shows big improvement: I ordered an Olympus camera package in Feb. or 2012, which included a 2nd battery. The 2nd battery did not work with my camera. Although I bought this camera before the ownership change, the new owners are sending me the battery I purchased. I have to say I am impressed with them taking care of me even though it was a mistake made by the previous owners."
"I was very excited when I found a Lumix fz150 on their website and I immediately ordered it as an early Christmas present for myself and received an order number. That was on 11/20. Today I called to see what was up with that since I hadn't gotten a shipment notice. Well, I was told that that camera was discontinued, (I knew that. That's the reason I was so excited when I saw it on their site, thought they had a stash squirreled away...) and that I could have the newer model for $100 more.
They actually let you order something that they don't have and then try to scam you into buying the newer model. Shame on you."
"Do not trade with this company. In my opinion, they are dishonest crooks. I ordered a camera on line and was told that processing would take 3-5 business days and I should receive the camera in 10 business days. After 7 business days and nothing happening, I called, was put on hold for 15 minutes and then got a representative who told me that my order wasn't processed because I had given them a credit card # which didn't match mine(I checked later and had given them my correct numbers). So, we confirmed the right numbers and then the guy tried to upsell me on batteries, chargers and other accessories. After I politely declined, his nice demeanor changed and I was told the camera I ordered was on "national backorder" and I wouldn't get it in time for the holidays, but, if I wanted another color and was willing to pay expedited shipping, he could accomodate me. Numerous other sites I checked have the camera at prices similar to Ajritchies so this "national backorder" stuff is all nonsense.. At that point, since this representative had done nothing but lie to me, I cancelled the order. It was apparent that they didn't have the merchandise they claimed was in stock. The representative said ok and then hung up on me. I would not do any business with Ajritchies again. i am worried that they have my credit card number and are dishonest enough to try and use it illegally. This company should not be alloweed to do business and should, in my opinion, be closed down. If the options below included 0 stars and the worst possible service, that's how I woul rate this company."
"I think this is the worst online company I have ever dealt with. I have never had one out and out lie to me.
I ordered a new Canon camera from thgem as they appeared to have the best price. After several days I got a message that they needed to talk to me. Called, and the rep told me that the camera did not come with a battery, and it was a new model and would not accept my current memory card. Seemed strange but he repeated this several times and not used to being lied to, ordered the additional product for $190 more. Of course neither of these "facts" were true. I have trying to call their costomer service line for two days, but the phone is not being answered,and after looking at some other reviews, am not expecting any success in returning the unneeded items. "
"I ordered a Lens from Ajrichies.com on Oct. 30th. The confirmation receipt indicated that it "may take 3-5 days to process the order". I called on Nov 9th and they indicated that it would be another week or more before the order was shipped. As of Today 11/26 the order still has not shipped. I called again and they said "it is cyber monday", that department is closed and we cannot give a status. So almost a month later and I still don't even have an estimated ship date. Bottom line is I wouldn't order anything from these guys and expect it before christmas."

I called again 11/25 because I still had no information. I was told I would receive a verification/tracking info email within 48 hours! No email info 13 days after order placed! They are friendly, but quite lacking in fulfillment."

"First, the order department lied to me telling me that the color of the model camera i wanted has been discontinued: Not true. They simply did not have it in stock. Next, from the time i ordered on the internet until i had to call them to find out why i had not acceptance of my order took 2 weeks and they only accepted it because i called them! Next, it took an additional 13 days until they shipped the camera and upon arrival, i found that it was damaged. I received a return authorization and had to call them a week later to find out if they had received my return and were going to issue the credit or exchange the camera. They said they do not have any in stock and could not give me a date when they could ship; in spite of their advertising claiming they have them. I requested a credit. At this moment i still have not received the credit; they say it takes up to 10 days for the credit to be processed! Poor service, in all; poor order handling. I will not deal with them again, even though they advertise the best price. "
