"I got the parts I wanted, BUT, be aware the manufacture of DSC alarm parts will NOT talk to a DIU home installer. They said that they only wanted licensed installers to buy there parts and I would need to talk to the Alarm Store to trouble shoot my problem. The Alarm store must support ALL trouble shooting, if you buy from them. My trouble came down to a broken wire in my house walls. The DSU help line did help me enough so that I figured it out on my own, but next time, we call The Alarm Store.
