We placed two orders, we got scammed with both of them to the tune of approximately $150k and Alibaba ruled in favour of the sellers even after we provided all evidences. No one really understood the issues of what had happened and they did not even bother to respond to the issues that we raised. Almost impossible to communicate. We had to turn to commercial lawyers and start litigation. We will never use Alibaba again."

"I was buying a solar photovoltaic system on Alibaba. The prices offered on Alibaba were invalid according to the sellers. Of course they were all asking significantly more. I ordered an inverter from Must Energy, they sent me a completely different one. Not suitable for my application. Two months I solve it, result zero. From Rosen Solar I bought solar panels, lithium battery and PV cables. They tried to increase the price even after the invoice was paid. They were literally blackmailing. They also handled the shipping to Slovakia badly. They didn't even send the installation manuals. If you will buy these goods, avoid these sellers. Even Alibaba did not help me by solving these problems. Despite the help, the complaint cannot be sent at all , it lists a failure to dispatch. I tried to send it throughout the day. The email address ****@**** is probably broken. It lists a full mailbox.
Never purchase through Alibaba again. Health comes first.
