"I bought some labels for my company on alibaba and the seller was very good. It was my first time using this company as I usually use aliexpress. But for bulk orders you do have to go here. I was pleasantly surprised about how easy the shopping experience was and they hold your money until you have received the products. If its not to standard they give you an option for a refund, which i did not require but it was good to know that the option was there.
Highly recommend as shopping here saved me over 3000 dollars which is the quote I was getting to print the labels with other companies. "

"I have recently started a business so I needed to find wholesalers to stock my store. It takes a lot of research and thorough investigating to begin new relationships with each of the vendors I deal with on here. The biggest complaint I have is that probably 1 out of 2 deals they suddenly change the terms weather it is changing the shipping method to a slower service without letting you know, or changing the quantity on you (due to alleged higher shipping costs). Also on 3 occassions I have received orders with damaged goods and they just say they will take care of it on the next order, so I find that very frustrating. It really takes patience to weed the good ones from the bad ones on here and honestly it just makes me cautious with every new supplier. It would be nice to be able to forge a relationship with one vendor and just go to them each time but I have not been able to find one that I fully trust. The other side of this is that I would have no idea how to reach out to the various vendors if not for the introduction on Alibaba. Also it makes it easy to communicate because everything is in your own language. Payment is easy enough to make. "
