"The image on the shirt is supposed to be black, but has a weird white outline on some edges. Also, the is a circle logo that I uploaded, but when printed on the shirt, it came out almost oval. "

"I ordered from this company on 10/18 with a guaranteed delivery for 11/2/18. I received an email stating that one shirt was out of stock and the amount for the shirt had been refunded to card. I called to ask why i wasn’t given the option to change the shirt size instead of them just canceling. They stated it was out of there control, I said fine still ship the other 10 shirts they said okay will do. Today is November 2nd. I call them to ask why my shirts hadn’t been delivered or no shipping information received, they stated another shirt was out of stock in medium. NO ONE CALLED ME OR EMAILED ME. Customer Service was horrible the manager JT had an absurd attitude with me as if it was my fault that no one contacted me. Don’t use this company. "A week ago I ordered custom shirts for a corporate event that is happening this weekend. Today I called to find out when they are being delivered and learned that the shirts have even been made and so won’t make it for the event despite me having ordered with sufficient time and paying a 50% surcharge in processing and handling. Their response is that they could not overnight the shirts to me because that is not something they do. My point, don’t count on them if your order is time sensitive!"

1) Excellent Customer Support: early this month(Sept. 2018), Shortly after I submitted my design, the customer rep sent me three emails reminding the lower quality of my design and gave me some wonderful suggestions. After I emailed back the revised design, the rep sent two emails to acknowledge my new design and update the production process. On the day of shipping, the rep sent three emails to me updating the shipping information. Less than one week, I got my beautiful special T-shirts. Believe it or not, their customer service has been the best in my twenty year online shopping experience. They treat you like a family, not just a customer!
2)Excellent product quality: their T-shirts feel soft and great and surely 100% cotton. They offer options for both women and men. That is very important!
3)Fairest price on line: I search four websites and their price is the lowest. Please go online and verify by yourself before your order.

"I would give 0 stars if I could!!!!! I ordered my shirts with a guarantee delivery before the date i needed the shirts. these were for a family reunion and couldnt be late or they have no value. I didnt received an email on the day they should have shipped so i called to check on my order. I was put off for another day. The next day i called because i again didnt receive an email to be told after directly asking "will my shirts be here on the guaranteed delivery date?" he hesitated long enough i asked for a supervisor. He finally told me my shirts would NOT be delivered on time and they would give me a refund.....THATS GREAT EXCEPT NOW WE HAVE A FAMILY REUNION WITH NO SHIRTS!!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO for the simple fact i gave them 2 weeks and could have gotten them done somewhere else had i known they wouldnt be on time"

"I waited over a month to see if my shirts would be refunded or the situation rectified before posting a REQUESTED review. Zero! The customer service is some of the worst ever. Ordered 12 team shirts. 8 came with **** splotches on the front and back. They were wet and smelled strong of chemical/paint when I received them. Was asked to submit pictures 3 separate times by 3 different people. Clearly no one talks or collects notes. They had weeks to make things right before the game and I was told that the new shirts would be there just in time. 2 days before, I called to verify and was told my order was cancelled! No notice, no shirts, no refund. We looked like idiots and apparently I am for trusting them. "

"First off: When you call this company, you literally never know who you are going to get on the phone. None of them update their notes and have any clue what you are talking about. I received my tee shirt order and 1/4 of the order was wrong. The shirts were for a corporate event and I had 5 days to get them fixed. They refused to help me and would not expedite the process so that the shirts could get to me in time. They also gave me a very poor refund and were not considerate. Extremely frustrating."

"I was placing a team shirt order...13 shirts. They were pretty much out of every color. So I made a compromise with them and they rushed the order, after 2 cancelled orders and a combined 2 hours worth of phone calls. Then they left a shirt out and want to take two weeks to replace it. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt because they have good prices but it’s not worth it. Never again! They should not be advertising that they do team or any kind of volume order over 5 shirts."

The color is a lot lighter than expected to the point where I think they got the color wrong on the order. I've used them in the past and was happy with the design, but not this time. "
