"Great service, fast shipping and best price.
Not only did I get the best price of anywhere else (and believe me, I shopped around), I couldn't believe how fast it showed up at my door!
11/20/2012 I ordered a Samsung UN60ES8000 and received 11/28/2012. The delivery guys unpacked the TV from the box to show that it was brand new, and in working condition.
I am extremely pleased with the entire transaction. I have recommended my friends to buy from Alltimetvs.com."
"Greetings from Kansas City, Mo. I have been shopping around for a Samsung 3D T.V., model 7500, a 60" set. The report to pass on to all who are shopping for electronics on the internet, is that All Time T.V. surpassed expectations for service, price, delivery, and customer service. I've been burned a few times ordering from someplace sight unseen, but after talking to these folks, my confidence was strong enough to give it a try. NO REGRETS! Price alone was at least 600$ cheaper when taxes, base price, and free shipping were considered. I highly endorse their company, and as a picky shopper, when something works out well, it needs to be shared with the business and perspective customers.
Now it's off to my den to enjoy the football of the day!

"I gave AllTimeTVs a shot on a major purchase of a 80" 632 SHARP tv. Their price was, (and currently is), way below any local Best Buy, Sears or other local store.
Service was excellent. They shipped the very next day and were polite, honest and of course, an excellent bargain. Television works perfectly, and I used the White Glove Delivery so that I could see the set working before the freight guys left.
There are a lot of reviews by morons who are so lazy and incoherant that they won't even bother to read the terms about the Freight handling/insurance- which is under 40$ and is clearly posted on the website when ordering.
How ignorant can people be to actually give a bad review about posted Freight terms? This big television weighs like 150 lbs, comes in a gigantic box on a truck. In many cases they are shipping a thousand or more miles. They list free shipping and an additional very reasonable Freight/handling charge right in the ad.
This television is priced 800$ less than many of the big box stores. I found the service from AllTimeTVs perfect. Don't listen to the screwheads that are too stupid to bother to read...this is a swell deal by a real company who steps it up to provide good service and a fantastic price. I'll buy there again-Patrick in Pittsburgh"
"Had a problem with shipping company but all time tvs took care of it. They were very helpful with customer support . Thanks will do business again."
"Do NOT use this vendor..I ordered a receiver and was called several days later and told it wasn't available (most on-line sellers TELL you when an item is out of stock). Tried to upsell me to a $200 more expensive receiver. Was told to call and was put on hold for over 20 minutes, followed by a surly person implying that this wasn't his problem when I protested. STAY AWAY..not worth the hassle!"
"I purchased a new 55" Panasonic VT series TV based on their rock bottom pricing. Part of my decision to purchase the TV was because to their claim of FREE Shipping and no hidden fees. After purchasing the TV I was contacted via phone by a representative who informed me that I would need to pay an additional fee for shipping insurance. I ended up paying the additional fee since at the time I did not remember their claim of free shipping. After reading additional reviews it seems they have this on their site within a shipping section found at the bottom of the site. This should be disclosed during the purchasing process NOT after the sale has been made. In addition they pushed for me to purchase an extended warranty which I ended up getting.
In hindsight if I had done some research I would NOT have purchased the extended warranty. Specifically because of their Better Business Bureau (BBB) rating of C+. They have 90+ complaints due to warranty disputes which is their primary business.

"Ordered a 55inch Sony LED 3D TV.The next day talked to sales rep from ALL TIME and added the White Glove delivery.Everything went great till AM Home Delivery called me.Laurie called me an left message that TV would be deliverd Friday between 3pm&7pm.Called her back 10 times and left messages to call me back but never did.Just wanted a phone call saying they were 30min. away.Driver showed up an I was 20 min.late.Driver seemed upset with me I wasn't there. So much for customer service.Still no phone call.BYE BYE ALL TIME! "
"Everything went according to plan. Just days after the area was hit by Hurricane Sandy I reached sales by phone and worked a deal with William. The TV came on the projected delivery date without any SNAGS or HIDDEN charges. The driver opened the box and plugged the unit in to ensure that no damage or defects occurred. The guy at my local BestBuy marveled at the price I got and admitted that he wouldnt have been able to price match. I was apprehensive going in and I am now very happy with my purchase."
"On November 6th I ordered two 65 inch Panasonic VT50 plasma TVs, three 55 inch Panasonic VT50 plasma TVs, an 80 inch Sharp LED TV, two articulating wall mounts, three low profile tilting mounts (165lbs), one heavy duty low profile tilting mount (225lbs), six 5 year warranties and in home white glove express shipping. My order was over $18,000. I was assured there would be no issues with delivery or products. On November 7th I received verification from All Time that my order was picked up and was in transit to Houston. The shipping company they used was AM Trucking. When I logged in to track the shipment, it indicated Normal Service. I immediately contacted All Time and was sent an email confirming that AM Trucking was an in home white glove shipping company and that the order was shipped express. On November 12th I again logged in only to see that the tracking now indicated that the shipment was not picked up until the 12th and was only now in transit. I called the shipping company and was introduced to a very rude lady named Laura who proceeded to tell me that the shipment was picked up on the 12th because All Time would not release the order on the 7th and further that it was not her problem to deal with. I again contacted All Time and was assured that the shipment was in fact picked up on the 7th. They called the shipping company and told me that the shipping company had just screwed up, but the shipment was now delayed and could not be delivered until the 16th. On the 14th I received a notice from AM Trucking that the order was picked up on the 7th (not the 12th) and was scheduled for delivery on the 16th. When they arrived, the delivery guy explained that they would not take four of the TVs upstairs unless we paid them $20 for each 8 steps they had to go up for each TV. There were 20 steps which they said would require us to pay them an additional $240 to take the TVs upstairs. When we showed them that the All Time website clearly did not mention anything about this additional charge in their in home white glove delivery service and that our invoice clearly said that we purchased in home white glove delivery, we were once again directed back to Laura who remained consistently rude and unaccommodating. She said they did not care what the invoice or the website indicated as this was their policy. She said we had to pay right then in cash or money order or they were leaving the TVs in our foyer. She also said that she called All Time and they confirmed that they were not to take the TVs upstairs without payment. So they unloaded them in our foyer and refused to take them upstairs. To add insult to injury none of the mounts we ordered were in the shipment. Instead we received four 130lb tilting wall mounts (not the six mounts we ordered) and none of the four delivered were even what we ordered. We now have installers scheduled for the 20th and have no mounts for the TVs. This was certainly not a trouble free order as promised. If you order from All Time insist on a different delivery company! AM Trucking was horrible to deal with. I have sent All Time an email about this fiasco as they could not be reached when I called them at 3:00 CST (but according to rude Laura she was able to speak with them). I guess we will see if All Time does anything to rectify the situation. "
"Looks something fishy. Have ordered TV since more than 4 business days, till date TV is not shipped. Poor customer service, i am clueless on whats happening worst shopping experience ever. Refrain from ordering from them. Don't fall for low price.
Update: As on 11/18 i got call from them, they have assured me that my TV will be delivered within next few days, and have apologize for the delay. Waiting for TV to be shipped ,once arrived will update this thread with overall service and quality of product till then all fingers crossed.
Update 2: I have got my TV, to compensate Justin help a lot by sending TV with 2 days shipping thus compensating the lost time. Over all it took a 10 days from ordering till receiving TV which is not bad at all, they did pretty good job, Justin was very much helpful. Will definitely recommend them.

"***UPDATE 11/16/12***
This review has only been up for an hour or two and I just got a call back. Rep was apologetic and explained that things aren't running as smoothly as normal due to their warehouse being flooded and being displaced. Also said that my order was shipped through a different service and that's why I was not seeing any activity for it on FedEx. He provided me with tracking no., phone no. and website of the shipping company and said they should have called me today to schedule delivery. I will rate this transaction no more than average until my TV is delivered and I will update it at that point, but it sounds as though the issue has been resolved.
***While updating this, I just got a call from the delivery guy and scheduled a delivery appt for next Monday. Seems all is well. Really happy with the promptness with which my issue was handled upon posting this review.
---------------------------------------
I ordered a 47" LG LED 3DTV that I was pretty jazzed about on 11-6 and was called the day after on 11-7 to confirm the purchase and get upsold on everything they had. I do some work in sales so I'm usually careful not to get caught up in the traps and tactics a lot of "sales professionals" use but everything seemed like a decent deal, so my $1000 TV was now a $1500 investment, but I was pretty happy overall (aside from the mandatory shipping insurance). They told me it would be 10-14 days before I received my order. Fine.
It's been 10 days and there have been no developments on the FedEx website when referencing the tracking number, which seems strange to me. I'm admittedly already a little leery of buying online and am not of fan of waiting for online purchases to show up at my door, so 10-14 days already seems an exorbitant amount of time to wait. As I read other reviews it looks like I might be waiting up to a couple weeks longer, which seems unacceptable.
Still staying relatively optimistic about the whole thing, I decided I'd shoot them a quick e-mail just to see if they were any closer to having an estimated delivery date for me. No reply (sounds like several people have found this to be the case as well). Then I called the number that first left me a voicemail, and was greeted immediately. I calmly expressed my concern and was transferred to another department and got a recording with no option to leave a voicemail. I called the original number back 3 times within about a 30 minute span and each time no answer with no option for voicemail. What kind of business doesn't even have the option to leave a message, especially when you are calling individual people or departments? A sketchy one- in my estimation. They were sure quick to answer my call when I called them to finalize the order and on my first call of the day before they heard my question, but after that... suddenly must've gotten real busy.
Sounds like a lot of you have got your issues resolved, but I'm not a fan of the underhandedness and the run-around. Go to a local store, avoid the sketchiness and hassle and wait. I just sold my other TV thinking this was getting here any day, now it appears best case scenario is I'll be listed 'Doubtful' for Sunday's NFL games. I should've come here first so I would've known how long the wait really can be. Sounds like I will get my TV though... just in time for March Madness."
"Had "excellent" price for Sharp 70" TV. There was an issue with shipping communication but their support rep called me & was able to shed light on the matter. "
"Well, I ordered a 60ES8000, 3 Year Warranty and a Bluray player, but I received a 60ES7500 and because the differences between those two models are acceptable I accepted that model,so we managed to get a refund of the price difference and a 5 year warranty.
Service support were really helpful and managed all the situation on the right manner. "
"I'm not convinced that this isn't a scam. I ordered my camera yesterday and got a call from a rep today pushing me to upgrade my battery, warranty, memory card, and purchase mail insurance. I tried to decline all of them, but he wouldn't let up. He said the battery that is included is an off brand that won't last long... it does not state that in the description! I decided to purchase the mail insurance just in case it didn't show up in the mail or came damaged. On top of all of that, I changed my billing address with my bank this morning and he said that when he tried to charge my card this evening that the shipping address HAS TO match the billing address and that it did not, despite the fact that my bank JUST told me address changes take place immediately. I am convinced now that if there is a big delay in shipping that they will cite this as the reason. It says NOWHERE on their website that the shipping address has to be the same as the billing address! I have a bad feeling I just lost out on $1200. I will keep on them and update you if things work out!
UPDATE: A customer service representative just called and offered to ease my worries by waiving the mail insurance I purchased and sending the camera out today. He was very nice and promised to send confirmation of the fee being waived and a call to let me know the camera is on it's way."
"Placed an order on 10/20 for Canon SX40 because they had the lowest price online at the time. Received a call trying to upsell with add ons the following day, Sales Rep told me he would release the order for shipping on Monday 10/22. I checked on order status on 10/29 and was told it was sent to Canon for shipping. Checked again on 11/12 only to see that the order had been cancelled. With no contact from the company at all. They have not replied to my emails. I understand items may go on back order or become unavailable, but you should inform your customers when this occurs. I would never do business with them again. "
