"A year ago, I ordered my air conditioner condenser. They shipped the wrong one and then corrected it immediately and got me the right one.
May 2024 I ordered a new matching furnace from Goodman and they sent me the wrong furnace which didn’t fit my existing condenser so they first wanted to just give me metal to make up for it. However they researched it and found that it needs to have a downflow to work properly And fit correctly immediately ship me the correct furnace and everything is working nicely now

"The Mini split unit was some what easy to install you don't have to be a certified installer, but you need some technical skills with AC units and some electrical experience dealing with 110/220 AC voltage and the right tolls for the job. They have a good technical support group that can help if you are having issues once installed and they are available on week ends."
"I purchased an HVAC Condenser for a rental property. The tenants were understanding but I wanted to minimize their inconvenience without A/C. The first unit arrived damaged, and was returned. The company did not want to apply a discount for the issue, but after arguing with them, they relented and applied a 4.5% discount. The second unit arrived, with more damage than the first unit. At this point, the company didn’t take ownership of the problem and ‘blamed’ the problem on the upstream delivery process. The company was unwilling to discount the unit any further or take any steps to accommodate these delays and issues.
I returned the unit and purchased the same unit elsewhere after explaining these issue to this different vendor. The representative said they would have given a 10-15% discount on the unit cost for the damage, and probably added a labor discount if they were doing the installation. Needless to say, the unit arrived intact.
I would recommend this company implement a policy change to accommodate shipping issues, rather than taking the off-putting tact that it’s not their issue because the shipping damage likely occurred when the manufacturer shipped the unit. As a distributor, you are who the customer interfaces with, not the manufacturer. Please improve your policies."

"The sale people (Jon) were very knowledgeable and money-savvy (on customer side). The technicians - Colton (electrician), Sequoia and Cody (gas men) did an excellent job installing big Generac unit in less than 2 days. Very open, friendly and skillful. Always on time, leaving no mess, the work was done highly aesthetical and professional. Colton particularly impressed me - he is painfully meticulous in his trade for such a young guy. Also, he looks like a good coach - never been distracted by the presence of an apprentice. I cannot thank these guys much enough. Then Sean come for the final touches giving me and my wife a good training on the unit. This veteran is above any praise, as expected. The front office was not so good - their communication with the customer leaves to wish for better. Also, they received the full payment of $20K from us but did nothing for 2+ months, apparently using these money for their internal purposes (what is btw our current loan rate, guys?)."
