None of the contractors knew anything about Alpine. I've got one coming out next week, but I don't think Alpine was straight about sending all the information to contractors who would call me up and give a bid.
I'll withhold judgement on how the system functions."

Super easy to have a live person size what was needed even based on estimates. Then quote is very quickly and easily updated when actual numbers are available by another one-on-one with my sales coach.
I still can’t get over how quick all this stuff arrives on site after my order is placed. Less than 1 week with 2X pallets of FedEx delivered and onsite damage inspection.
I’ve installed one of these Splits before in CA but now need 2X for this NY home.
I’m looking at these 2X pallets of relatively high tech HVAC equipment delivered in my garage and can’t get over the cost comparison to a needed new 100’ flagstone walkway for this fixer house. The 2X pallets of stuff were about the same cost as the to be installed flagstone walkway!
