I used on-line tutorials to brush up on proper installation protocols as my order was missing the Alpine Home Air Products Installation CD. I am fortunate that I worked part time helping a HVAC company with installations while working my way through college so it was a bit like riding a bike although codes are much different now. "Ordered an IN-STOCK system and paid extra for expedited shipping. Proor to ordering I spoke with their rep who sent me an online quote to process my order. Company waited too long to ship my order so it would not arrive on time. I paid $142 extra to have order arrive by my scheduled install date. Due to the company shipping my order the day before it was scheduled to arrive I canceled my order. Their rep offered to refund the expedited shipping costs if zi kept the order which would arrive 3 days late. I said no thank you, please issue a refund. Their rep said they eould issue a refund for the product but I would be responsible for the shipping costs. Really? Im responsible for their mistake. I had to file a claim with Paypal to receive a full refund. Happy to say Paypal agreed with me and issued me a full refund. "
