"I have been planning this for a few years. I came across Alpine and really liked how much information they had. I have researched many manufacturers and brands, I decided on Goodman. The order came on a pallet all wrapped up, the driver used the liftgate to lower it to the street, I was prepared to unload the pallet and use my hand truck to put all the items in the garage, the driver said he would push the whole pallet into my garage, no big deal he said, that was very nice of him. There were no issues with the shipment everything was perfect no dings, no scratches. My old furnace is still working, I never had an issue with it, but it is not very efficient. So I am updating the furnace and adding air conditioning system plus more insulation. I had a very smooth and uneventful experience with Alpine, the way it should be.
