You Get What You Pay For

"I wanted to wait a few months before I reviewed the product to really get a sense of how it performed. Let me preface this by saying I live in a 100 year old house so this may not be everyone's experience. When it comes to cooling I've had no issues with any of the four units that I purchased. They do a great job and keep us comfortable. The heating is a different story. It's pretty bad. My 30 year old boiler did the job just as well it was just incredibly inefficient. I thought this would perform better. It doesn't. That's primarily what I bought the mini split for. I had window ACs that worked just fine for the summer. In hindsight, I wish I had never bought these and had my 10k (units and install) back in my pocket. It was a mistake."

Pretty simple

"I felt comfortable after watching a couple videos. The biggest complaint I have is variations in models and the same manual. Spend a few more cents and produce the manual for each specific model. The other issue is it tells to remove the screws from the communication cable clamp and set aside. DO NOT, DROPPED A SCREW INSTALLING THE CLAMP AND HAD TO DISASSEMBLE THE UNIT TO RETRIEVE. Everything else is seamless. Highly recommend "
