I received a call the next day with an answer but I had to inform her that I was wrong in my assessment. I actually did fit I was looking at it wrong. lol. would purchase from them again!"

"Do not buy mini split systems. I purchased a four zone mini split system for my basement. Exactly one week after my 2 year warranty, which I purchased extra, all of my units stopped working. No support from Alpine. Local HVAC company assures me the main unit isn't functioning properly, but they cannot repair, because the unit is sub standard and I would need to contact the manufacturer for replacement parts, so the entire system needs to be replaced. I already spent thousands on the system and now I need to spend thousands more for a replacement. Frustrated beyond belief. "
