"Ordered a Goodman convience pack. It arrived in good form on FedEx, there was a small dent but easily pouped back out with a hammer. Had a local company install it and Alpine helped me register for the 10yr warranty. I was a bit disappointed that the rear duct covers and a curb seal were not included, but the installer covered it for me. Overall everything worked out."

"My experience was great!!!! I needed an LP gas furnace and I looked in the usual places I buy items. The prices with shipping were higher than my budget was expecting. I did a search on the internet for companies that sold furnaces. Alpine Home Air Products came up and I looked into their products. I found great pricing and free shipping. I took a few days to think about whether I should take a chance on a product being shipped 1/2 way across the country. Also, I read their shipping and payment information. I decided to take a chance.
I am very happy with with the furnace and LP conversion kit. I have installed everthing and the furnace is working great. I thought the shipping instructions and information were exceptional. The furnace was packaged very well and was in good condition.
