"From the first visit and quote, to the call I got, everything was perfect. I talked to a dedicated person who did not try to make me purchase more expensive, but rather, what I needed. It was delivered much much earlier than expected, friendly from Pitt Ohio, who told me "you didn't have to do that" when I tried to tip him. Yes, yes i did. Courteous, and nice is rare these days, and I'm a usually mean mugging service member. I received my Goodman furnace with a plan to Install it myself, but my previous gas furnace was old (1976) and fairly tall so I didn't want to mess with poor ductwork. I settled for a pro who charged me $900 bucks. For a week now, this furnace has been working great, and though I am waiting for much colder days to see what happens, so far so great at 60K BTU. I'm purchasing my AC coil and condenser now to prep for next summer, and guess where I'm buying it? that's right. Alpine.

P.S: in hindsight I should have changed it myself... the goodman is definitely made for someone with a handy mind. Might take longer but if you take your time, it could be an all day project - 2 days if you want to space it out, bottom line, unplug and remove old one, plug and enjoy new one."
