"Know what you want before you order. Trying to order over the phone only ends in your getting put on hold. However I paid for express shipping and the item did not arrive on time. Called customer service and they handled the issue and issued a refund promptly. The line set that is sent with this product is pure junk. The flares are crappy to say the least and are problematic to get to seal. There are multiple complaints about them on line and Alpine needs to address this issue. Otherwise the product seems to be working ok. Time will tell. The prices are good. But you know what they say "you get what you pay for". Like I said we will see how it holds up and if they honor the warranty"
