After reviewing your order I do not see a call on record with a sales consultant or history of a quote being sent to you. In the event that you spoke with a sales consultant, it is possible that the item was in stock at that time but due to another order being placed and approved in between the time you spoke to someone and when you placed the order it would mean the item would be on backorder.
