"Alpine Home Air sales people give you all the nice talk in order to make the sale, BUT that's where it ends. I received a smashed up furnace but the package was in perfect condition (concealed damage). I contacted them immediately. They told me to file a claim with the shipper. GOOGLE "Alpine Home Air reviews" and you"ll see many people that were also scammed by them by receiving damaged goods. They'll ship damaged items and blame it on the shipper and you have you fight it out with them (the shipping company). Alpine won't returns calls or emails. I'm stuck with a smashed furnace that I now can't use. I'll be contacting the Better Business Bureau!!! Avoid this company at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!"
