"On or about January 20, 2018, I used the internet to find a business that could get us a replacement zone valve for our 49-year-old furnace. Soon after that, Alpine Home contacted us by e-mail to say that they had the particular zone valve we needed and gave us the particulars concerning the potential sale.

We were happy to order it. When we received their e-mail confirming the sale, I had a question to ask about it. Their telephone number was on the sales confirmation, so I called them. The person who answered the phone had no trouble identifying the sale I was calling about and quickly referred me to the person who could give me the information I needed.

That person assured me that the item was in stock-- also supplying the time and date it would be shipped, the transportation carrier that would transport it surface mail, and how I could trace the shipment. We received the item within two days--even faster than we had expected.

The zone valve was installed, and now our furnace is working perfectly. It was certainly a pleasure working with a company so far from our Export, Pennsylvania, home that took every precaution to please us. We would definitely do business with them again and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of the
