"I took the day off to help unload it from the truck; however, the guy was able to unload and deposit at my garage door without any help from me. To install it is a two person job, but extremely easy. The only reason for the two people was to manage sliding it into the wall space. The unit operates efficiently right out of the box.
In terms of noise, it can be heard but was not loud enough to hinder sleep, the t.v. nor polite conversation."

"While their accessories tab showing you matching/compatible products is nice it isn't the entire story. You will need to do a little research to determine proper line set size for the length of run you are doing. They also suggested a D size coil to go with my C size air handler which led to reordering a second set of coils without being able to return my first because I couldn't find anyone willing to ship it for me for less than the cost of the coil itself. So I was out a few hundred on that one and have a second set of coils sitting in my garage."
