"We actually stumbled upon your company by accident while we were researching mini spit systems. From there it was just placing the order. That was a little more difficult for the main and simple fact that the bank kept flagging it as fraud. Once it went through i couldnt have asked for more. I guy called me friday telling me he had reviewed our order and notices i ordered something wrong and was able to get it fixed saving us +200$. Everything arrived in great condition. We had a little bit of a dent on one of the exterior units but nothing more then a cosmetic blemish upon review. Everything was great though. I havent installed them yet but everything is very well made and better than i could have expected."
