"I ordered a Goodman gas furnace to replace a failed Byrant. The ordering, information on the site were all quite good. The issue is that the furnace was shipped without the bag of drain hoses and clips required to install the furnace. And, then it took over a week and a half to get the parts. In fact they still haven't arrived. The support folks at Apline have all been very nice and the tech support folks are helpful. If it weren't for a poor or non-exsistent QA process to make sure the furnace was shipped with the right parts the experience would have been better. Also the response rate on fixing the issue was woeful. All of this occurring with temps in the teens and no heat on the first floor. "

Thank you for your review. My sincere apologies for the issues which you have experienced due to the missing drain kit and tubing from your furnace. Our warehouse does perform a quality check on products before they ship from our warehouse to ensure there is no damage, very occasionally a manufacturer may have a missing component from their factory and I am very sorry that this was not caught on your unit. I reviewed your order and see that we set up the order for your missing components right away, however had to wait to receive them from the manufacturer. Please know that we are getting the missing components to you as quickly as we can and have continued following up with the manufacturer to try and expedite the shipment.
