Saving the day

"Our Carrier compressor coil BROKE and they have a terrible shipping policy that will leave me with no air conditioning for at least a couple of weeks. At least we have one really comfortable room now with my new Alpine Blueridge unit."

Unit did not work.

"The Alpine part went very well. They shipped and delivered the unit very quickly. Only problem is that out of the box the unit did not cool. Installed on a Friday evening. Contacted Alpine on Saturday but they said that I would have to contact the warranty provider. Can't do that on a weekend so still not air. I believe a product should work out of the box or be replaced by the selling company."

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear about the warranty issues which you are experiencing, I can understand your frustration. Unfortunately, it does occasionally happen that upon installation units need further technical troubleshooting. Depending on the manufacturer, we have different warranty procedures to follow based upon the manufacturer's warranty requirements. The manufacturer for your unit does require that all warranty processing goes directly thru them, which is why our technician directed you to them. In most cases, the issue is a simple mis-wiring of the unit which is easily fixed with troubleshooting.

Again, I am sorry that you are experiencing these frustrations and having to further troubleshoot the installation of your unit with the manufacturer directly. They do offer one of the best warranty programs on the market, though, and we have found them to be very easy for customers to work with. Please let us know if you have any issues with the warranty processing or if we can be of any further assistance, our customer solutions team is happy to help. furnace filter rack

"viewed the rack on line, talked to a alpine rep about the weight the rack would hold and according to him it would be good for my application. received the filter rack, poor quality, would have been crushed if I put the furnace on it. rep did not have much knowledge of the product, poor quality."

"I've ordered from alpine in the past and have been happy with their products and customer service. Even the delivery service they use is great. They call the day before and show up when they say they will be there. I ordered a 3ton unit to replace my 1984 goodman from sears that finally had its last dance. I needed it fast and alpine got it to me in a couple days. I'm a very satisfied customer and will continue to use alpine for my HVAC needs. You can't beat their prices either. "
