"I did not know much about this company, but in reading the reviews, I decided to take a chance. I'm glad I did, I mean where else can you find an A/C to accommodate your needs for under $2,000.
The selling point was the ease of the DIY, apart from releasing the refridgerant. They give you documentations, product specs , and a step by step manual online and with the box.
This is definitely a good product for a DIY'er like myself. The only part I was missing was the "why" portion on the specs of the needed accessories...i.e. why would it cause communication issues if "stranded" wiring is not used?
Overall, this company provided me with a good system that fits my needs...no salesperson tactics and such."
"I did not receive email telling me when the product was ready for shipping or to even track the delivery . It just showed up and we were not home so it came the next day. You stated in a previous e mail that we would be notified when ready for shipping it would have helped to know."

My sincere apologies that you did not receive shipping confirmation and tracking emails, those are generally auto-generated emails that are sent when your order is picked up by the carrier. They can sometimes go to spam folders, depending on the filters which you have set on your email inbox - though occasionally we have a system glitch and the email is not sent. I have forwarded your order number to our programming department so they can review for any system errors - thank you for bringing this to our attention!
Additionally, the carriers are supposed to call you a day in advance to schedule a delivery appointment so that you can be there when they deliver. I am so sorry that this, also, did not happen. We do assess our carrier partners regularly and I have shared this with our carrier rep so they may address internally with their team.
