Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear about the warranty issues which you are experiencing, I can understand your frustration. Unfortunately, it does occasionally happen that upon installation units need further technical troubleshooting. Depending on the manufacturer, we have different warranty procedures to follow based upon the manufacturer's warranty requirements. The manufacturer for your unit does require that all warranty processing goes directly thru them, which is why our technician directed you to them. In most cases, the issue is a simple mis-wiring of the unit which is easily fixed with troubleshooting.
Again, I am sorry that you are experiencing these frustrations and having to further troubleshoot the installation of your unit with the manufacturer directly. They do offer one of the best warranty programs on the market, though, and we have found them to be very easy for customers to work with.
