"I had difficulty with correctly wiring the disconnect. I found no instruction for it. Once I got past that hurdle, everything fell in place. The unit is working perfectly on start up. "
"Like I said in the title Customer service and support online or by phone is second to none! Their website is great for choosing systems. They always have someone online during normal hours to answer your questions online or you can pick up the phone and call. The packaging is carefully put together to ensure no damage occurs. Everything always arrives on time and undamaged. I highly recommend company on knowledge and expertise. Their prices may be a bit higher than Ebay or other online places but they can supply everything you need for the install. You can also trust they will be in business to honor the returns or replacement parts under warrantee if needed. Worth paying a little extra! "
