"I am a homeowner and this is the 4th furnace I have purchased through Alpine Home Air.
(I am not an HVAC guy, put them in my homes and my children's) They always answer all my questions and make this whole process very easy. A year after installation on one of them I had a slight problem but I called them and they gave me accurate advice that solved the problem. It was a slight installation error, village idiot. As for all the Alpine people I have dealt with, they are great. Highly recommend them---but do follow the directions carefully when you install."
