The only reason it did not get 5 stars was we paid $25 extra for tailgate service delivery and the delivery company used a truck without a gate lift and we had to lift it off anyway. Maybe that $25 is just another way to make money. "

"The quality of product is good, only problem was door not closing all the way with filter installed,about a quarter inch.I tried two different filter brands 3M and Honeywell with same result.After measuring this is caused by the back spacing plate in the rack. I had to trim backing plate before installing on furnace. "

"The furnace was ordered on Sunday, shipped out on Monday and the shipping company called on Tuesday to schedule the delivery for Wed.

Installation took about ten hours, which was over the course of two days and included 3 trips to the hardware store. Most of that time was spent changing/adjusting duct work due to size difference between the old and new furnace.

The instructions for the unit were detailed enough I never had to use the tech support, so I can't comment a lot on that, other than to say they were very helpful with technical questions before the purchase when selecting a furnace.

I've been more confused putting together furniture and kid's toys than I was with installing this furnace. While it was a lot of work, it was more tedious than complicated.
