"they tell me they have stuff in stock and then i get a phone call a week a later when my stuff is suppose to arrive saying that it will be another week and a half before i get it they dont check inventory very well "

We value your business. Thanks for being a repeat customer of ours. I apologize that your condenser was not in stock when you placed your order. Those are special units because of the new energy efficiency regulations from the EPA. While we normally have hundreds of those models in stock, this unit had to have a manufacture date in 2014 for us to sell it to a southern state. Our inventory was not correct on these because while the model numbers are the same, we had to obtain a unit with a manufacture date in 2014 before we could ship it to Texas. I apologize for the delays you experienced and the misinformation you received. This was our mistake.

"Price was great, shipped quickly. If not for the holiday it would have arrived 3 days after I submitted my order.
Hopefully i wont have to order another furnace any time soon but if i do Alpine Home Air Products will be my first choice.

We work to keep all of our prices as low as possible. Our shipping services do slow down on Thanksgiving and Christmas unfortunately. Our freight carriers close down typically on Thursday and Friday. "I ordered a coil, furnace and condenser for an investment property. Everything looked great except the coil appeared to have been an open box item which was resold to me without my knowledge of being one. The box appeared to be opened and re-taped and the case of the coil had a dent in the back along with being a bit distorted when put on top the furnace. Being that this was for an investment property and time if of the essence, we opted to just keep it. I'll still continue to be a customer with Alpine Home Air as their shipping and prices are great, but in this instance the product appeared to be flawed.

I apologize for the issues with your order. I researched the serial number of your evaporator coil to see the history of it. Any items that require refurbishment are sold as scratch-n-dent products on our site. This serialized item was ordered from Goodman Manufacturing and was not in stock for very long- it only shipped one time from our location to yours. It's possible that we received the product that way from Goodman, although it is very rare that would happen. While we inspect every piece of equipment and remove boxes before an order ships, we do not open every evaporator coil box simply due to the time it would take on the inbound and outbound to do that. We do however have a lenient policy regarding any concealed damage found on equipment where the outside packaging did not have damage. If you would like to send us photos of the unit, I can forward these to our customer service team for resolution.

We appreciate you doing business with us. If you would like to work with a dedicated sales consultant for future orders, please let me know. We can ship products directly to your job sites and often have overstock deals and other special deals.

"I'm very happy and feel safe buy with alpine, price cheaper than the other, fast shipping , Panasonic I bought with alpine in box sealed made in Malaisia, worked very quiet and very good , I try find something for complain but not found , strongly recommend buy with alpine and Panasonic mini split 24,000 btu .
