"From the beginning in purchasing and questions I had about the products, Sales made excellent recommendations and answered all questions I had . Same day shipping allowed instant relief with a broke down unit and the weather getting hot fast. Communication and tracking kept me well informed. When the unit arrived everything seemed great until I unboxed it and found damage to the unit that wasn’t visible when I signed the release, I called after 5:00pm and Daniel answered the phone And O explained the issue, he then sent a text where I could send pictures and transferred me to Joesph . He evaluated them and we discussed going ahead and installing the unit as the condenser coil only received minor damage to the fins. He immediately ordered a replacement grill and I got confirmation that it shipped the following day.he assured me if I any further issues after the installation he was there to assist. He thanked me for having a great attitude about the situation. From sales to technical support and warranty I received the best service anyone could expect . I wrote a review for Google and explained this kind of service doesn’t exist much in this country anymore since COVID. The service, the compassion and attitudes of the employees I dealt with was extremely valuable and above my expectations! I highly recommend & wish I could encourage all to give this company opportunity to serve them with selections of products at great prices with top notch customer service and employees.
