"In November/December of 2021, I purchased a PTAC unit from Alpine and the experience from beginning to end was just fine. Fast forward to early April of 2023, the 1-year warranty of the unit has now expired, and the unit has leaked out all of the refrigerant and is no longer cooling/heating. I had a local A/C repair company come out and they found the leak and told me that it would be ~$900 to fix the issue and the original cost of the unit was not much more than that, so I decided to contact Alpine to see if there was anything that they would be willing to do to help me out...To my surprise, and great pleasure, Alpine came thru and chose to replace the unit, free of charge (except shipping)! I was overjoyed by the decision and greatly appreciate the company's willingness to work this out with me. To everyone on Alpine's team from customer service to warranty to shipping, THANK YOU!"

"Parts on lengthy back order. Advised to buy replacement which I did based on the assurance that it was "plug & play". Definitely is not. Now I'm remodeling. Not nearly enough discount on the forced replacement and now I'm also spending more to get everything corrected. Unacceptable. "
"When my shipment arrived there was damage to one of the units during shipment. One call to Blueridge and a new unit was on it's way. I recieved it just a few days later. I can't wait to install my new mini split in Alaska. "
"Customer service was great! Fast shipping however first shipment air handler was damaged and had to be sent back. Condenser was fine but carrier said he needed to take everything:( 2nd shipment everything was great. Just delayed my install a week. Can't comment on system performance, still installing."
