"I am very pleased with the low sound levels. It is such an improvement from a window A/C-heater. The installation was simple except you need to know exactly how many feet of tubing you have to get the freon adjusted. I am very disappointed with the heating portion of the unit. I ordered the units with the extra heating capacity and still need supplimental heating at 35 degrees and below. I explained that I would be using it as our sole heating unit prior to ordering and was assured this would be sufficient to provide heating."

"got the furnace installed but when it got down to -5 a few days ago the temp in the house only got up to 68 and running all the time when the thermostat was set to 72. when the temps warmed up the temp would get up to 72 but the furnace kept running all the time. it wasn't until it warmed up above freezing that it would on occasionally shut off. the furnace running all the time is going to play havoc with our electric bill. and when it was cold 68 was just not warm enough to stay comfortable."
