"So far the customer service, in terms of communication from sales in making sure I got the right equipment for my needs and very fast delivery, have been phenomenal. "I have used alpine home air twice, and they have not disappointed me yet. I ordered my items and screwed up the piping. They called me and fixed it before it shipped. The unit was easy to install and there were not any parts missing. They say the after the sale is where the customer service comes in. My advice for someone installing these is to buy the outside covers and the wifi module. It looks great and is super quiet. I am happy with the performance and it has never been colder! The only drawback is getting someone out to hook it up. Once you do all the install there is not a lot left to do so it was difficult to get a company out to do the final install. Similar prices on Amazon but it is the after the sale that matters. Look at the reviews, alpine answers the phone!!"
