The Technical Support was so helpful in trouble shooting the unit over the phone but we ended up a need to replace the motherboard. It is not just inconvenient to my Client because it is summer time, but it will cost me more, as a Contractor, to replace the motherboard coz only parts are covered by the warranty."

"So far the customer service, in terms of communication from sales in making sure I got the right equipment for my needs and very fast delivery, have been phenomenal. Great to see that there are still companies that pride themselves on this aspect. The PTAC unit itself was very easy to install (maybe 15-20 minutes max bc we already had a wall sleeve). Although it’s only been less than a week, so far the unit works great…pretty quiet and solid cool airflow. Unsure on long-term durability yet, but so far I’m very happy I chose Alpine!"

"I have used alpine home air twice, and they have not disappointed me yet. I ordered my items and screwed up the piping. They called me and fixed it before it shipped. The unit was easy to install and there were not any parts missing. They say the after the sale is where the customer service comes in. My advice for someone installing these is to buy the outside covers and the wifi module. It looks great and is super quiet. I am happy with the performance and it has never been colder! The only drawback is getting someone out to hook it up. Once you do all the install there is not a lot left to do so it was difficult to get a company out to do the final install. Similar prices on Amazon but it is the after the sale that matters. Look at the reviews, alpine answers the phone!!"
