I had some questions about my ceiling cassette and sent an e-mail to to Alpine’s support as it was Saturday night when I finished my install. Alpine called me on Sunday twice to answer my questions and ensure everything was working. I was pleasantly surprised at the quick response. They were very knowledgeable and were able to help me. "

"My 13 year old name band unit was on it last leg. Got a Blueridge 15.5 seer unitary set to replace and from the time I opened the box I was more than impressed. First let me mention that Jack was quick at answering my questions and got me a quote on the replacement system as soon as we settled on the correct model. It arrived boxed very well and in perfect condition. There no comparison to the fit and finish of my new Blueridge unit compared to the name brands I had looked at for double (or more) the money. It was easy to hook up and my HVAC service tech had me up and running in short order. As a note the service tech which sells another brand was very impressed with the Blueridge system. He commented how easy the furnace was to change positions and install. The unit is very quiet and performs as expected. There is another brand out there that is similar in price but do you homework. The Blueridge unit is far and above a better built unit for a similar cost. I looked at both and once you do , you will agree with me. "

"I needed to have my product delivered by a specific date in order to comply with my installer's schedule. After confirming that date with the sales rep, I placed my order. Unfortunately, due to multiple mishaps by FedEx, my product was lost, transferred to multiple States, and eventually delivered to my home 12 days late. This caused me extreme stress and a major inconvenience in rescheduling the install. However, Alpine had a jewel in this whole fiasco. Their Customer Service rep, Hillary, kept me informed regarding the status of my shipment the whole time and made several calls to FedEx to prompt delivery commitments. After I received my shipment, she was generous in allowing a partial monetary compensation for the late arrival, even though Alpine was not at fault. She also contacted me after the delivery to ensure that the packages had not only arrived at the final promised date, but that they were in an acceptable state for receiving. In every call I had with Hillary, she was understanding, positive, and open to assisting in whatever way was possible. I commend Alpine for their commitment to customer service and Hillary especially for her stellar performance in this situation."
