"I purchased a mini-split for my living room. During the ordering process I talked with several of their sales men to make sure I was ordering all the right stuff. When I received the mini split everything I order was present and in good condition. I was going to install the mini- split but decided to have a local professional install the unit. The only item that was not included was the 12/2 wire to connect the mini-split to the 220V line. It took about 3 hours to install the unit. I am so glad we purchased a mini split. It not only cools the living room but it help cool the kitchen and the dining room also. The unit have been very reliable. I love the remote and I use the app to turn the unit on via my cell phone. I give Alpine and the Blueridge companies bot high grades. I had a few questions before I purchased and after the unit was installed and had a technician call me and answer everything I needed to be answered. I will be add another mini split next spring for the other side of my house. I have also highly recommended this company to some of my closest friends. "

"Just wanted to update you on my project. My goal was to provide HVAC to my filly enclosed and insulted Gazebo ( 12' x 20' ). I search for all manufacturers and something kept bringing me back to Alpine. I asked for a quote, received one very fast, and even a phone call to review the quote. I was awaiting for my finances to be where I could purchase about a month later. I order the 12K BTU slimline 115V. I even added the accessories to hide and protect the outside pipes. The delivery was quick to my home and on the day that I requested. The shipping company even helped me get it to the front of my garage. I then removed everything and took inventory. It took me a day and a half to install... it was an extremely hot and humid days. But everything went smoothly and it works amazingly. I even can remote it on or off from my phone.
